IrvingHOMEschoolers is an all-inclusive group of homeschooling families based in Irving,Texas,  sharing resources and offering activities that enhance and support the homeschooling experience. We are open to new and experienced homeschool families. We welcome people regardless of sex, age, religion or homeschool program philosophy, including families who are still exploring the homeschool option and seeking further information.

We homeschool for many different reasons, but our shared goal is to fan the spark, the desire to learn, which all children are born with, and to provide a nurturing and loving environment to facilitate that learning. Toward this end, we strive to be open-minded, tolerant, and tactful, and to be aware of and responsive to the needs of others in our group. IrvingHOMEschoolers aim to provide a source of support, inspiration, and friendship for members of all homeschooling families in North Texas.

We are not a school nor do we provide tutoring services or teach children other than our own. IrvingHOMEschoolers neither condones nor encourages violation of state, federal, or local laws in the pursuit of homeschooling.
